Development History
- 2008
- Production of animal feed pellet machinery. The history of our business began in 2008 by producing feed pellet machine with flat die. Later we decided to use the newly acquired experience with the operation of our own feed pellet machine line for the development and subsequent production of technological units.
- 2010
- Production design flat pellet machine production line and put the biomass pellet machine into production. According to the customer's demand for high volume finished animal pellet increased, We began to establish CAD drawing staff for engineering design. At the same time and found that the output and reliability of the ring die pellet machine is higher, began to put into production.
- 2012
- Production of wood pellet production line. Since 2012, we have been focusing on the development of biomass pelleting lines. The main reason was to replace seasonal briquettes with a year-round BIOMASS clean pellet fuel with a wider range of uses. Gradually, we increased the capacity of wood pellet machine lines and modernized individual production sections to fully automate the whole technology.
- 2015
- Production of Complete biomass production line with above 5ton/hour capacity. Based on numerous requests from regional agricultural and wood processing plants, we have developed complete wood waste/ EFB /Rice husk/Coconut palm skin/ straw grass/bagasse/tree branch/ wood pellet production line with capacity of 50,000 kg / hour. And establish overseas after-sales service station.
