You'd better buy all the machines,which is easier to install and saves time. But Its depend on your raw material. We need to design the most suitable wood pellet production line according to your material. And our factory can provide a complete production line.

2.Can we buy some ones from you and some one can by product in local?
You can purchase some accessories locally, such as wood pellet spare part, wood pellet machine ring die, biomass pellet machine roller and wood pellet machine accessories, but these accessories locally must be made to match the production of pellet machines.Can you tell me about the machines you want to buy locally?

3.Where are your components and spare parts of biomass pellet machine line? What details are made in China, what details are produced from Europe? For important details such as engine, gearbox, where to produce and how long to use it?
Our spare parts have ring die of wood pellet machine,roller of sawdust pellet machine,hammer of hammer mill machine, Blade  of wood chiper machine, electric box-DELIXI,and etc.Our products are all from China,they all made in China.Engine and transmission can be used for 20 years

4.What is your warranty? Is the maintenance mode complex? What is the supply, replacement of components or defects such as molds, silver bullets?
The warranty of the whole machine is 1 years,the motor and reducer of ring die pellet machine can be guaranteed within two years. But the services of molds and roller is 1500-2000hours, these are not guaranteed.

5.Which are factories use your machine for wood pellets? Could we came to their factory to see your machine or not?
We don't have a cooperative factory in Vietnam,Malay,Indonesia..  but we welcome you to visit our factory.
