Eucalyptus is a more common tree in Indonesia, Malaysia, mainly used for processing furniture and so on. In the process of processing furniture will produce a lot of waste wood. So many wood mills will use these eucalyptus wood waste to make biomass pellets. The following is the biomass pellet production process:

1. The waste of eucalyptus wood is broken by wood chipper machine, so that the materials of irregular shape and different size are broken into wood chips of 3-5cm in size.
2. The 3-5cm wood chips is hammer mill machine into 6-10mm wood chips through the wood chipper machine to meet the feed requirements of the biomass pellet machine.
3. Through the rotary dryer to dry the wood sawdust, from 50% moisture drying to 10-15%, to meet the feed requirements into the biomass pellet machine.
4. Biomass pellet are pressed by biomass pellet machine. The specifications of pellet are selected according to customer requirements. The diameter can be 6mm/8mm/10mm.
5. The finished pellet temperature from the biomass pellet machine is 50-60 degrees Celsius, so it is necessary to carry out counterflow cooling through the cooling machine fan.
6. Finished pellet can be packed in small bags or ton bag. 50kg/bag, 1000kg/bag.
