1.‌ Preparation stage:
Make sure all required parts are available, including roller, bearing, spacer, gland, seal, etc.
Keep the working area clean to prevent dust and debris from entering the parts.
2.‌ Check and clean:
Carefully inspect all parts to ensure that there are no damaged or worn parts.
Clean parts with clean diesel or other suitable detergent, then wipe clean with a cotton cloth.
3.‌ Assembly bearing:
Press the bearing outer ring into the fixed position in the press roller housing.
Put in bearing inner ring and add high temperature resistant grease.
Install the other bearing‌ in the same way.
4.‌ Install other parts:
Loaded with high temperature oil seal and clamp spring.
5. Install the ash lid.
Adjust roll clearance to ensure flexible operation, then secure the compression nut and blade.
6. Installation of press roll assembly:
Before lifting the roller, thoroughly clean the cone seat on the spindle disc, the cone end of the eccentric shaft of the roller, and the roller support shaft.
Turn the roll counterclockwise until the roll touches the ring die.
7. Repeat the preceding steps to install other press rollers.
Clean the mounting holes of the front plate assembly and place them on the press roll eccentric shaft.
