EFB fiber crushing is the main problem facing palm oil plants at present, we developed a special EFB fiber crusher for the crushing of EFB fiber, the waste EFB fiber from the oil plant is characterized by high moisture, high toughness, containing oil stains and impurities. With our special crusher for EFB fiber, we can crush EFB fiber with a size of 5-10cm and a moisture content of 45-50% into 1-3cm EFB fiber. 1-3cm of palm fiber goes into the rotary dryer for drying, drying from 45-50% moisture to less than 15%, and then the palm fiber is transported to the 850 wood pellet machine with 2 press rollers. 850 model wood pellet machine compression chamber space is large, can be directly pressed into pellets. The incline of the guide knife and guide plate used in the palm fiber rotary dryer is designed to be 26°, which speeds up the forward speed of the palm fiber in the dryer and prevents the risk of fire.
