Then start the rice husk granule reducer circulating oil pump and run for 2 minutes. Then start the main motor of the rice husk pellet machine and run for 3 minutes. Finally start the screw conveyor. The commonly used compression ratio of rice husk pellet machine is 5.5.
Third: Before starting the screw conveyor, add waste oil to the rice husk, let the mixture enter the machine for heat, run for 10 minutes, and then transport the rice husk. This can ensure the stable operation of the rice husk pellet machine and the particle molding is more shiny.
