The working process of the biomass pellet machine includes the following steps:
Step 1: Suitable raw materials. Raw wood sawdust must meet the requirements. The moisture content of raw wood chips is less than 15%, the size of raw wood sawdust is less than 8mm, and the raw wood chips contain wood fibers.
Step 2: Heat the biomass pellet machine before starting. Mix the wood sawdust with oil and stir well, then turn on the biomass pellet machine and run the empty machine for 1-2 minutes, and then put in the mixture, press the wood sawdust containing oil and run for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3: Biomass pellet machine low load operation. Start the feed conveyor, adjust the frequency to 10-20Hz, the electromechanical flow of biomass particles gradually increases, and the low-load operation is generally 40-50% of the rated current.
Step 4: Normal operation of biomass pellet machine. Gradually increase the frequency of the feed conveyor to 40-50Hz, observe the pressed particles, gloss and hardness to meet the requirements, and maintain the stability of the working current.
Step 5: Pay attention to check the operation of the biomass pellet machine. Check the operating status of the automatic butter system, the butter tubing injected into the two press roller assemblies is normal, check the operating status of the cooling system of the biomass reducer, check the pressure of the filter of the biomass reducer, if the pressure gauge shows a pressure indication, please clean the filter screen in time.
