In response to the above problems, our company has optimized and upgraded the working process of palm silk biomass production, and has been recognized by actual users.
Section 1: The waste palm silk from the oil plant is crushed through the palm silk special crusher, the size of the palm silk is crushed from 10-20cm to 1-3cm. During the crushing process, the water level decreases from 70% to about 50%.
Section 2: The crushed palm silk is dried by the rotary drum dryer from about 50% moisture to less than 15% moisture. Note: Always use a single drum dryer dryer. It is easy to block the material inside using the three-return drum dryer.
Section 3: The dried palm silk is made into pellets. The biomass pellet machine should be model 850 and equipped with 2 press roller assemblies and 250kw motor. The reason is that the outer diameter of the compression chamber of the two press rollers assembly is 850mm, which increases the space for the palm wire to be compressed, and the palm wire is easier to fall into the compression chamber. The reason for the use of 250kw motor is that palm silk is a fiber material, which contains palm oil and impurities, and requires greater power to extrude into biomass pellets.
Section 4: Air cooling the finished biomass pellet to make them harder. Because the pellet temperature that comes out of biomass the pellet machine just now is 50-60 degrees Celsius, it is easy to produce internal heat that can not be stored for a long time, and it is necessary to carry out air cooling through the cooling machine to reduce the probability of particle cracking in the later period. And packaging.
