Straw pellet machine is only for corn straw, straw and other fiber materials to press straw pellet. At present, most of the agricultural straw is wasted, but the straw can be made into biomass pellets for combustion in boilers. The moisture content of straw in the field is particularly large, with a moisture content of 40-50%. First of all, the first step should be broken into 3~5cm pieces by the wood chipper machine, the second step should be dried by the drum rotary dryer, the water is dried from 40-50% to less than 15%, the third step should be through the efficient hammer mill, the 3-5cm size of the wood chips crushed to 6-10mm of wood chips, the fourth step should enter the wood pellet machine to press biomass pellet. The characteristics of the straw pellet machine should be configured with a compression ratio of 6.5, and the gap between the press roll and the die should be adjusted to 0.05mm. The biomass pellets thus produced will be hard and shiny.
