A lot of users in the use of biomass pellet machine, there may be problems, most of the problems are caused by improper user operation, so that the ideal production efficiency, so we use the actual production of the biomass pellet machine, need to pay attention to the use of specifications. Shandong Annas machinery equipment co., ltd., based on years of production practice experience and combined with some customer feedback, puts forward several usage specifications.
After installation, the equipment shall be tested. The test steps are as follows:

1. Check whether the fasteners of each part are reliable, Especially in the Crushing chamber of biomass pellet machine
2. Confirm that there is enough lubricating oil in the main engine reducer of biomass pellet machine, and start the grease oil pump to the bearing room and the press roller of biomass pellet machine. Lubricate with butter, observe the pressure gauge of the grease oil pump, confirm that the bearing chamber and the pressure roller are filled with grease,(note: The bearing chamber was first lubricated with two tubing.)
3. Check ring die and press roller assenbly clearance adjustment is appropriate（0.05mm）
4. Check whether there is any foreign matter in the Crushing chamber and feeder of biomass pellet machine.
5. Start the main engine of biomass pellet machine, check whether the pressure roller diversion is correct, there is no abnormal phenomenon of the machine;
6. Start the feeding motor of biomass pellet machine, check the rotation direction and whether there is noise in  the unloaded operation, Adjust the speed adjusting knob, Keep the feeding speed to a minimum;
7. Start the biomass pellet machine engine for pressure test, and add oil material (mixing with waste oil) for pressure test. Feed evenly until most of the ring die holes are biomass pellet.
8. After the normal discharge of oily materials, the new machine can be ground (oily materials mixed with fine sand, into the machine for grinding).
9. All pellet spare part test normal before formal production, any step found abnormal should be removed in time. Do not allow the biomass pellet machine to continue to run for long periods without materials, otherwise easy to cause the roller and ring die surface contact, excessive wear, reduce the service life of the machine.
