Before starting the biomass pellet machine for the first time, make sure everything is normal before starting the machine according to the following steps:
1.First, open the dry oil pump to confirm that the pressure wheel and the bearing can supply oil normally.
2.Start the reducer oil pump of biomass pellet machine to confirm the oil supply is normal.
3.Start the main motor, Start the feeding motor , Keep the feeding speed to a minimum. Slowly adjust the knob to feed the feeder of biomass pellet machine, adjust the feeding speed, and adjust the feeder to the appropriate speed after the granulation is completely pressed. After running normally, the current of the biomass pellet machine main engine should be observed at any time, and the feeding speed should be adjusted according to the current fluctuation.

Biomass pellet machine Shutdown procedure:
1. Biomass pellet machine use, should also be shut down according to the prescribed steps to avoid equipment damage
2.Set the feeder to the lowest speed, then turn off the feeding motor
3.Pour appropriate oily material from the oil orifice to fill the die hole
4.Power off main engine
5.After the biomass pellet machine is completely closed, open the feed door to clear the pressing chamber.
