heating treatment‌ : the dried raw materials are sent to the pellet mill. There is a ring die driven by a motor inside the pellet mill. The internal cavity is a pressing cavity. Through continuous rotation of the ring die, the raw materials are subjected to extrusion pressure and gradually form pallet.
pressing ring die‌ : the ring die in the pellet mill presses the raw materials into pellets by pressing force, and the pressure inside the ring die also gradually increases.
cutting and cooling‌ : The pellet mill has a cutting knife at the discharge outlet to cut the pallet formed inside the ring die to the required length, and at the same time cool the pallet to solidify‌.
Collection and packaging‌ : The cured pallet are discharged from the discharge port, and are removed by the dust removal equipment to remove impurities such as dust, then collected by the conveyor belt or other collection equipment, and packed and stored.
