The working principle of the wood pellet mill mainly includes the following steps:
primary treatment : put the raw materials into the inlet, control the speed and quantity of raw materials through the feeding system.
crushing treatment : raw materials through the crushing treatment of jaw crusher or wood chip crusher, the larger raw materials are broken into smaller pallet.
drying treatment : the raw materials are sent to the dryer, through the hot air flow, the water in the raw materials evaporate, reduce the humidity of the raw materials.
heating treatment : the dried raw materials are sent to the pellet mill. There is a ring die driven by a motor inside the pellet mill. The internal cavity is a pressing cavity. Through continuous rotation of the ring die, the raw materials are subjected to extrusion pressure and gradually form pallet.
pressing ring die : the ring die in the pellet mill presses the raw materials into pellets by pressing force, and the pressure inside the ring die also gradually increases.
cutting and cooling : The pellet mill has a cutting knife at the discharge outlet to cut the pallet formed inside the ring die to the required length, and at the same time cool the pallet to solidify.
Collection and packaging : The cured pallet are discharged from the discharge port, and are removed by the dust removal equipment to remove impurities such as dust, then collected by the conveyor belt or other collection equipment, and packed and stored.
