The working principle is to cut the palm silk through the combination of the H13 blade and the 40CrMoTi spacer. It is equipped with a 4-stage motor, decelerates and increases force through a large gear reducer with a speed ratio of 15, and rotates a large shaft with a blade. The electric control cabinet is equipped with automatic overload reversal function, which exceeds 90% of the rated current and automatically reverses the rotation direction to prevent motor overload. With a dual-axis design, two axes with blades rotate at the same time, and the angles match each other to ensure that any shape of palm wire can be cut through the blade. Double motor design, two motors run at the same time, uniform force, to ensure that the palm wire feed average, large shaft and blade uniform force.
